2.  Your content. Many of our Services allow you to create, store or share Your Content or receive material from third parties. We do not claim ownership of Your Content. Your Content remains yours and you are responsible for it.

  • The. Moderation and application. Many of our Services that allow you to interact, create, generate and share content with others use security systems to protect our Services and other users.

Limitation of liability

13.  Limitation of Liability. If you have any basis to recover damages (including breach of these Terms), you agree that your exclusive remedy is to recover from 111 Next or any affiliates, resellers, distributors, third party application and service providers and suppliers, direct damages up to an amount equal to your Services fee for the month during which the loss or breach occurred (or up to $10.00 if the Services are free). You may not recover any other damages or losses, including lost profits, direct, consequential, special, indirect, incidental or punitive damages. These limitations and exclusions apply even if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose, or if we knew or should have known of the possibility of damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, these limitations and exclusions apply to anything or any claim related to these Terms, the Services, or software related to the Services.

NOTICES

Notices and Procedures for Making Intellectual Property Infringement Claims. 111 Next respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you wish to send a notice of intellectual property infringement, including claims of copyright infringement, please use our procedures for sending Notices of Infringement to [email protected], which procedures are part of these Terms. ONLY QUESTIONS RELEVANT TO THIS PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE ANSWER.

111 Next  uses the processes set forth in Title 17, United States Code, Section 512, and, where applicable, Chapter III of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, to respond to notices of copyright infringement. In appropriate circumstances, 111 Next  may also disable or terminate accounts of users of 111 Next services  who may be repeat infringers. Additionally, in appropriate circumstances, 111 Next  may suspend the processing of notices by individuals or entities that frequently send unsubstantiated notices.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and the visitor’s IP address and browser details to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email (also called a hash) may be sent to Gravatar to see if you use the service. Gravatar’s privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile photo is publicly visible next to your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the site, avoid uploading images that contain embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors can download these images from the website and extract their location data from them.
